✵ Together, we will dive deep into our individual and personal Chiron signatures, so that you can begin to uncover the medicine you carry within.

✵ We will utilize meditation, somatic embodiment techniques and journaling so that we can integrate and remain grounded as we unearth whatever is ready to be seen.

✵ Within this sacred vessel we will listen, share and be witnessed so that you can directly experience the healing that happens when we are in a safe, strong and loving community.
✵ Together, we will take time to integrate our processes as they unfold so that there is opportunity for exchanging ideas, experiences or simply loving presence, whatever is needed in whatever unfolds along the way.
